By accessing powerwashunlimited.com (“Site”) or booking services with Power Wash Unlimited (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

We provide exterior cleaning and related services in Nassau County, NY, and surrounding areas we elect to serve. Service descriptions on the Site are general in nature. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing or by mutual agreement before work begins unless otherwise stated.
3. Quotes and payment
Quotes are estimates based on information provided and may change if conditions differ materially on site. Payment terms (including deposits, balances, and accepted methods) will be communicated with your proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur fees where permitted by law.
4. Access and site conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in violation of these Terms, or interfere with Site operation. We may suspend access for violations or technical reasons.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by the Company or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission except as allowed by law.

You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, for disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, where permitted by law.
